Green detox smoothie

pear, ginger, kiwiI’m very excited about my first blog post, to create my blog was my dream for a while now, but I was so busy, had no idea how to achieve it and basically I can post here a list of 10+ other really good excuses. But recently I met very special person who told me that if you think about something that much and planning to do it for so long soon it’s gonna start to be confusing when all of your plans will start to become a reality. It’s impossible to imagine every possible scenario and find solution for everything but it’s so beautiful to live the present moment and see where it will lead us.

I love making green smoothies for breakfast because that way I’m sure that I got good amount of protein and carbohydrates to give me amazing energy boost to start my day and they also provide tons of vitamins and minerals!

This is a very light and satisfying smoothie, it’s a perfect mix of sweetness from pear, slightly tart kiwi and fiery ginger.

You can presoak chia seeds the night before in half a cup of water(or coconut water) or just put everything in the blender on the morning and let it work his magic!

Benefits of spinach

Dark leafy greens like spinach are important for skin and hair, bone health, and provide protein, iron, vitamins and minerals.

The possible health benefits of consuming spinach include improving blood glucose control in diabetics, lowering the risk of cancer, lowering blood pressure, improving bone health, lowering the risk of developing asthma and more.

Most of the calories in spinach come from protein. Spinach is one of the best sources of dietary potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. A lack of iron in your diet can effect how efficiently your body uses energy.

Spinach and other green vegetables contain chlorophyll which has shown to be effective at preventing cancer.

As well is high in vitamin K and A, which is necessary for sebum production to keep hair moisturized. Vitamin A is also necessary for the growth of all bodily tissues, including skin and hair. Spinach and other leafy greens high in vitamin C are imperative for the building and maintenance of collagen, which provides structure to skin and hair.
