Peppermint coconut fudge

   Some days are just too grey and you need a pop of colour, some days you are craving something sweet and indulgent, but yet healthy.

  Well this fudge is a perfect answer. It feels rich but peppermint makes it refreshing and helps with digestion. All the superfoods that I used are great for your body since they are extremely hight in antioxidants, detoxifying, rich in vitamins and immunity boosting. Of course you can use just one and create purple or pink or yellow treat. World is really your oyster:) You can even leave them plain they will be equally delicious anyway.
