Protein truffles covered in raw chocolate

As you may understand from my blog I’m a chocoholic and love to have my snacks around))

It just something so sophisticated and satisfying for me in preparing my own chocolate and you know exactly what went in there, its cheaper as well and you can lick a bowl after you done with mixing pouring;)

Then we are slowly coming to protein issue. When I just became vegan I was pressured from all directions with the same question: “Where do you get your protein from?” Literally from strangers to family and friends, but honestly everyone its not an issue at all. If you eat balanced diet and don’t deprive yourself from food, you will get enough. The fact that protein is not a problem doesn’t stop me from making treats pumped up with protein powder, simply because they will make you going for longer and if you work out it’s nice to have an extra boost on hands:)¬†Soon I will do post covering this question in more details but for now back to truffles!¬†

They are sweet, melting in your mouth with snappy chocolate coating. What not to love)?DSCF9335
