Healthy twix bars

What could be better than a healthy twix bar?

Slightly crumbly buttery cookie, sweet and salty ooye gooey caramel and snappy chocolate.

Perfect healthy treat that can wait for you in the freezer at any time when you need something extra delicious in your life.

Just to add points it comes together quick and easy and all you left to clean after is just a couple of balls and spoons after:)


Raw caramel bars


  • cookie layer:
  • 50 cashew butter
  • 70 gr coconut flour
  • 40 date water
  • 30 drops of liquid stevia
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    caramel layer:
  • 150 gr soaked dates
  • 50 gr cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 50 gr date water
  • pinch of salt
  • 25 gr cacao butter
  • 40 gr coconut oil
  • 50 gr cacao powder
  • 15 gr stevia drops
  • pinch of salt


  1. First process all the ingredients for cookie layer and press firmly in the tin.
  2. Without cleaning the food processor add ingredients for caramel and blend on high till completely smooth.
  3. Spread over the cookie layer.
  4. Place in the freezer while you preparing chocolate.
  5. Melt cacao butter and coconut oil over double broiler then stir in cacao powder, stevia and salt.
  6. Pour chocolate over caramel and let it set completely in the fridge before cutting into bars.
  7. store in the fridge for 7 days or freezer for up to a month.

  1. Omg, not only do these sound absolutely delicious, but they’re incredibly beautiful too! What’s the pink powder you sprinkled on top? I love it! I am addicted to regular Twix Bars, so I think I’m gonna have to give this a try (then I can feel good about myself too, since it’s healthy!)
