  1. Smash garlic cloves and add them to the baking tray together with basil leaves, cherry tomatoes and block of firm tofu
  2. Drizzle everything with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs and season with salt and pepper
  3. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and with a for,k crumble the tofu
  5. Mix everything
  6. Add the cooked pasta and stir, so the pasta gets coated with the sauce
  7. Serve with extra basil leaves
