Best vegan and gluten-free fudgy brownies

Best ever brownies that are vegan and glutenfree πŸ’«so fudgy, chocolatey, soft and melt in your mouth πŸ‘ŒπŸ» The texture is really spot on with a deep chocolate flavour and aroma that will fill up your house while they will be baking(one of the great advantages of homemade staff if you ask me)

So chocolatey and delicious

They are indulgent but still healthy and full of goodness. I used dark chocolate for the richest flavour and they turn out to be bittersweet which I love, but if you want softer rounder taste and a sweeter treat use milk chocolate by all means! And baking vegan and gluten-free allows you actually to try your dough before baking so if there are any adjustments that you want to make, you can do that and get perfect brownies tailored just to your taste.

Perfect treat that is healthy but indulgent!

For example you can regulate the sweetness really easily and add your favourite nuts or more chopped chocolate for an extra oomph… It only takes minutes to make them and they are a perfect treat to keep up in your fridge that will lift your spirits and won’t hurt your waistline:)
