Instructions
  1. Mash banana and combine it with 1 tablespoon of flax meal and 3 tablespoons of water
  2. Stir in melted chocolate and coconut oil
  3. Sprinkle over cacao powder, sugar, baking soda, salt and buckwheat flour
  4. Mix to combine
  5. Pour over the plant milk and add a dash of apple cider vinegar
  6. Stir everything together till you get a smooth dough and pour straight away in your baking mold
  7. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees over for 25-30 minutes or until the top looks completely dry(don’t overbake!)
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
