gr of oats

of flax meal

gr of fruit juice
I used apple raspberry or use coconut milk+sweetener to taste

gr of raspberries
50
gr of almond flakes
1 1/2
tap of baking powder
Your favourite chocolate to decorate

Instructions
Mix oats, flax meal and baking powder and pour the juice over
Transfer it to the baking tin lined with baking parchment and sprinkle the raspberries and almond flakes over
Flatten it slightly with the spoon
Place the oats in preheated to 180 degrees oven
Bake for 25 minutes or till golden brown on top
While it still warm add your chocolate on top and return to the oven which has been switched off
Allow chocolate to melt for 3-4 minutes
Serve straight away or allow it to cool, cut it and store in the fridge in the airtight container
