For the icing
  1. In the food processor combine dates with coconut milk and blend until smooth
  2. Add protein powder and cacao powder and continue blending until the ball forms
  3. Sprinkle walnuts, goji berries, and salt over. Pulse a few times just to break down the nuts slightly.
  4. Remove it from the jag and press down firmly into the container.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or better overnight.
  6. When ready to serve stir all the ingredients for the icing, cut brownies into squares and add the desired amount of frosting on top.
Recipe Notes

Decorate with raspberries. They best stored in the fridge for up to 2 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month (allow to defrost for 15 minutes before enjoying)
