    There is always something new coming to the market in our days and new superfood popping out of nowhere so you really have to be careful and selective who can you trust and where you will spend your money because hey… we all know superfood diet can be pricey… 

   Here is where I come and test some of the hotties for you, of course, is just my subjective opinion but it always a true one and personally I always feel better when I hear the thoughts of the few people and then make up my mind based on that. 
   So lets about Reishi… it’s an adaptogenic mushroom and research claims that have quite a few health benefits! Like strengthening your immune system, detoxifying liver and improving eyesight but I personally noticed its ability to help with anxiety. After drinking a cuppa or eating one of these muffins I feel more relaxed and focused and that is been helping a lot to bring moments of calmness to my life. So I can confirm that it worked for me but only after trying yourself you will be able to make up your opinion, but I would give it a go;) 
   And the bright side is that these muffins are super yam and you only can win in this situation ;)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In the bowl combine mashed banana, yogurt and coconut sugar.
  2. In another bowl whisk protein powder, flour, cacao powder, reishi, salt and baking powder. Pour coconut oil over and stir briefly. Lastly add dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until completely homogenous.
  3. Fill your baking molds to 2/3 of the height and bake in preheated oven for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
