  1. Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit while you preheating your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let it cool completely before frosting.
  4. Blend fresh strawberries with coconut cream and coconut sugar and let it sit on in the fridge to set slightly(this option is optional)
  5. When ready to frost slice the cake into 2 or 3 layers add sliced berries to each of them and cover with a frosting.
