  1. Sterilize your jars and fill them with soy milk
  2. Open your probiotic capsules and add probiotic powder only
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon
  4. Wrap them with a tea towel and place in a warm spot to ferment for 8-16 hours(depending how warm your place is and how tart you want your yogurt)
  5. Chill completely before enjoying!
