of gf flour

of coconut oil

of brown sugar or stevia

of flax meal+ 3of water

tbsp
of molasses

tsp
of baking powder
1 1/2
tsp
of ginger

tsp
of mixed spice

tsp
of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix everything and knead the dough just till it comes together
Cover and let it rest for at least 30 min(overnight is best)
Roll it thinly and cut out cookies of your desired shape
Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 7-8 minutes or till golden
Leave on the tray to cool completely
They will get crisper as they cool
Decorate if desired
