  1. Saute finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil till translucent
  2. Add dried thyme and fry for about 30 seconds longer till fragrant
  3. Follow with sliced mushrooms and season everything with salt and pepper
  4. Stir everything together
  5. Pour veggie broth over, add tahini and stir to combine
  6. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes and lastly add plant-based milk, nutritional yeast and dried parsley
  7. Cook till sauce has reduced slightly(about 4 minutes), taste for seasonings and serve straight away.
