I feel that especially now we all can benefit more from taking a few minutes just for ourselves on the daily basis.
And making this latte was my favourite way to show myself a little bit of love lately. It tastes absolutely divine and such a joy to look at! Definitely the most photogenic way to calm down and unwind.
I am also here sharing with you instant way of making cashew milk in literally 5 minutes without the need of soaking or straining anything and it turns out to be so creamy dreamy every single time! I chopped vanilla to add a subtle flavour as it is my favourite! If you are making cashew milk only you may want to add a date to make it extra sweet and delicious but of course, it is perfect just plain. As a bonus, it will cost you a fraction what if would be in store and it will taste so much fresher and creamier.
I decided to add a few drops of CBD as I am a huge fan and I find it is very helpful to supplement to take in this turbulent times but of course you can skip it altogether.
The flavour of this latte is so delicious 💕something about frothy vanilla cashew milk and aromatic rose with a touch of sweetness from maple syrup and fruitiness from raspberry powder that makes it absolutely irresistible!
Calming rose latte
- 1 tbsp of cashews
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- Pinch of vanilla
- 1/4 tsp rose petals
- 1/4 tsp the raspberry powder
- Few drops of CBD oil
- Hot or cold water I love it both iced and hot
- Cover your cashews with boiling water and let them sit for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes just combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend on high till smooth and frothy serve it hot or cold:)
