Acai bowl makes the best breakfast ever, or it is great post-workout as it will help you to recover faster in my experience.
The key to making the best acai bowl is to use frozen packs of acai rather than a powder as the flavour is going to be so much better, deeper and more intense. And another big tip is to use as little liquid as possible. You only need a tiny amount to help your blender to start up, but the less you add, the thicker and creamier the result will be.
