Acai bowl makes the best breakfast ever, or it is great post-workout as it will help you to recover faster in my experience.

The key to making the best acai bowl is to use frozen packs of acai rather than a powder as the flavour is going to be so much better, deeper and more intense. And another big tip is to use as little liquid as possible. You only need a tiny amount to help your blender to start up, but the less you add, the thicker and creamier the result will be.

Acai berry has super high levels of antioxidants so they have the ability to tackle oxidative damage that contributes to the process of ageing and enhance your skin’s healthy glow. They also contain high levels of plant sterols that provide many cardio-protective benefits to our cells. And due to the perfect combination of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, it is a perfect energizing fruit.
