Vegan smoky smashed potatoes
- 400 gr baby potatoes
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- dill optionally replace it with parsley or mixed herbs
- olive oil or avocado oil
- salt, pepper
- Bring salted water to boil and cook potatoes till fork tender(15-20 minutes)
- Drain the water and add all the potatoes to a baking tray
- Mix all the spices and oil together
- Lightly smash all the potatoes with a fork and brush with the oil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes or till edges are crispy
