  • 60 gr walnuts
  • 100 gr oats
  • 2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4-5 tbsp coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients and let the dough sit for 10-15 minutes
  • Add a spoonful of mixture to the muffins cup and with the wet spoon or fingers form a tart
  • Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes or till golden brown and crunchy
  • Let them cool completely¬†
  • When ready to enjoy fill them with coconut yoghurt and berries
