Easy Flourless Vegan Banana Bread/Gluten-free
This flourless vegan banana bread is a miracle recipe. I say that because it tastes so good but in order to make it, we don’t have to use any flour or sugar! Vegan and Gluten-free.
- 160 g rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 140 g coconut milk
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 70 g sugar or stevia
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 70 g walnuts(optional)
- 40 g chopped chocolate(optional)
In the blender, combine bananas, coconut milk, and sweetener(or sugar)
Blend till smooth
Add the rest of the ingredients except walnuts and chocolate and blend for 30 more seconds until combined.
Add walnuts and chocolate and pulse few more times to break the bigger pieces down.
Pour in the baking tin and bake for 35 minutes or till golden brown and toothpick inserted into a centre comes out clean.
