Easy Flourless Vegan Banana Bread/Gluten-free

This flourless vegan banana bread is a miracle recipe. I say that because it tastes so good but in order to make it, we don’t have to use any flour or sugar! Vegan and Gluten-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 140 g coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 70 g sugar or stevia
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 70 g walnuts(optional)
  • 40 g chopped chocolate(optional)

Instructions
 

  • In the blender, combine bananas, coconut milk, and sweetener(or sugar)
  • Blend till smooth
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except walnuts and chocolate and blend for 30 more seconds until combined.
  • Add walnuts and chocolate and pulse few more times to break the bigger pieces down.
  • Pour in the baking tin and bake for 35 minutes or till golden brown and toothpick inserted into a centre comes out clean.
