Chocolate chip cookies

  • 160 grams oat flour
  • 30 grams of granulated sugar or stevia blend
  • 60 grams of maple syrup
  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of flax meal
  • 50 grams of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 tsp of baking soda
  • splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice


  • First mix flour, baking soda, flax meal and granulated sweetener
  • Add 3 tbsp of water, soft coconut oil and maple syrup and stir to combine
  • Add chocolate chips and a splash of apple cider vinegar and mix just till everything is incorporated
  • Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
  • Form the cookies and bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or till golden brown
  • Let them cool completely on the baking tray! They will crisp up as they cool
